chevron_rightWhat are the roles and responsibilities of the HOA board?
- To acquire, hold, administer, maintain, and dispose of all property of the Association
- To appropriate the funds of the Association for the purposes outlined in the By-Laws
- To audit all receipts and disbursements of the Association
- To conduct, manage, supervise, and control all of the business of the Association
Additionally, the Board of Directors shall perform any duties as set forth in the By-Laws, not specifically included in the above. -

Community Rules and Regulations

chevron_rightHow are violations of community rules handled? Violations of community rules are assessed by member complaints. All complaints must be made to the Board. The Board will then assess violations and issue letters as dictated by the covenants.

chevron_rightWhat are the rules regarding noise, parking, etc.? Restrictive covenants vary by lot. Please see detailed covenants, by-laws, and constitution under the Member's section -> Documents. You must be logged in as a member to view.

Dues and Finances

chevron_rightHow much are the HOA dues, and how often are they assessed? HOA dues for Westchester Station are $40. They are assessed as needed by the board.

chevron_rightWhat do the HOA dues cover? Westchester Station HOA dues cover entrance maintenance, enhancements, flags, entrance irrigation, and social events.

While Westchester Station does not have its own pool, we proudly endorse our neighborhood pool, Windwood Swim Club, and encourage you to explore membership options there. We have featured several different community events and activities through the years including the Easter Egg Hunt, Neighborhood Garage Sales, Fourth of July Parade, Pool Party and Picnic, and Santa on the Firetruck.Please note that all events and activities are volunteer-driven.
