Westchester Station's History

Westchester Station has long been a safe, desirable, attractive, and welcoming community to call home for residents of all ages since developers first broke ground in 1982, which now encompasses 454 homes.

Location, rolling hills and beautiful views reaching downtown Cincinnati and surrounding areas, combined with excellent educational opportunities for children have long attracted buyers, but for many, the relationships they have built with neighbors is why they have called Westchester Station home for years.

Westchester Station Homeowners Association

Our association, formed that same year, is powered by a dedicated volunteer board and supported by neighbors who generously contribute their time and energy to better protect the value and safety of our homes as well as to uphold our community, fostering a strong sense of pride and belonging!

Our Mission:
At Westchester Station HOA, we are dedicated to maintaining our neighborhood's integrity while

enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

The legally binding restrictive covenants that followed that first shovel and years of community accepted practices by residents greatly aide in fulfilling that mission.

Our Purpose:

To enhance social and recreational opportunities and activities of members.
To provide an opportunity for residents of Westchester Station to become better acquainted.
To promote and stimulate interest in Westchester Station among its members and prospective members.
To promote an opportunity for members to take cooperative action in matters of mutual concern.
To assist in the interpretation of the restrictive covenants established by the developers of Westchester Station.
To establish and maintain contact with neighboring subdivisions, promoting cooperation on matters of joint interest and mutual support of each other's activities.
To provide a means of communication for the residents of Westchester Station with government agencies and utilities concerning services and matters of general concern.

Access to Valuable, Important Information - Members-only areas of our website allows residents to quickly access mapping tools, lot numbers, easier to read versions of our restrictive covenants, plot plans, member directory, business member listings - with special saving offers, community connections page, our community calendar and more!
Numerous Interactions with Residents and Others - We diligently work behind the scenes to help residents regarding any questions they may have, including covenants to protect our collective home values. We also interact with first responders and government entities to protect our safety, security…even banks and realtors during the home sale and buying process!
Community Activities & Events! - Annual activities include Easter Egg Hunts, Neighborhood Garage Sales, 4th of July Parades, Member Pool Parties and Picnics and Santa’s Firetruck ride with new events on the horizon!
